Case Study

Regional Health Center

Productivity, safety, employee retention all improved.

The Project

Enhance Key Business Outcomes

After working with the Lexington Regional Health Center, we noticed many positive outcomes among employees.

From improved safety and quality of care to reduced turnover and higher productivity, the training proved to be very beneficial in many ways. When a training program enhances key business outcomes, it will be easier to retain long-term: the company will promote it, employees will buy into the process, and all key stakeholders will benefit from the outcomes. It’s important to understand the significance of this.

What our work has shown with this and other projects is that training goes well beyond improving life at work. We have repeatedly seen clear evidence where those who have learned these skills of practical wisdom, the focus of this training, substantially improve their lives outside of work as well as the lives of those they care most about.
